Dragonfyre Distillery is a true Artisan Whiskey Distillery, bringing Whiskey, Bourbon, Moonshine, Apple Brandy, and other Spirits to you direct from Grain to Glass! We are a New York State Farm Distillery producing hand crafted artisan whiskey from locally grown grain and other NY grown produce! ALL of our spirits are produced on site! We do NOT purchase NGS (neutral grain spirits) from other distilleries! If we didn’t distill it, it’s NOT in our bottles! ALL PROCESSES are done ON SITE for Dragonfyre Spirits! We grind the grain, mash, ferment, distill, barrel, and bottle ALL spirits at Dragonfyre Distillery, truly making Premium Grain to Glass single batch, single barrel whiskey!
Come put a little Dragonfyre in YOUR day! We are open all year and are located in Cortland County (Central New York) just four miles off of I-81 at exit #9.

We had a great time revisiting Dragonfyre Distillery. Vincent gave us the tour explains everything in great detail and answered all questions we had. We then did the sampling of 11 different whiskeys , bourbons , a Brandy and some 'shine. Very fun day and purchased a variety of bottles , trinkets , shirts , etc.A must visit , easy drive just off 81 in Marathon , NY(45 minutes from Syracuse area)
This place is incredible. I recently did the Kentucky Bourbon Trail with my family and did tours and tastings at all the big companies (Woodford Reserve, Makers Mark, Buffalo Trace, Angels Envy, etc)…Vince’s tour and explanation was better, the ambience is 10x cooler, and his whiskey is easily my favorite out of any I’ve ever tried. He turned me into a Rye drinker - I never enjoy it because it’s normally got a bite, but his is incredible and worth every penny.I would’ve been happy walking out with just about any of the bottle he had for sale, but this is now my daily drinker and I couldn’t be happier.I prefer it neat or with 1 rock - super smooth, a nice sweetness, 0 bite and tons of flavor. Can’t say enough good things about Vince or the business he’s built 10/10
Amazing experience getting to tour Vince’s distillery and hearing about how he came to hone his craft. The whiskey tasting was incredible and we left with a large bottle of the Rye (I am not a Rye drinker - this is how good the whiskey was). The decor and theme of the place will transport you to another world! What a hidden gem. Will definitely be back with more friends and family this summer.
This place is magical. The ambiance, the detail, the bourbon! The owner is super cool. We had a wonderful experience, and went home with a tasty bourbon and some cool souvenirs. I definitely want to go back.
Couldn’t possibly have been a better tour or tasting! Vince is a true artisan with a natural ability to create great sipping bourbons as well as passionately take you through his process from start to finish. Love that he places a priority on locally sourcing ingredients and materials for Dragonfyre Distillery. This place is a real gem and not to be missed - worth the drive. Plan to spend an hour or two. We had a private tour, shared a tasting of all ten varieties currently available, marveled at the extensive shop offerings, purchased a couple bottles of bourbon and some bourbon barrel aged maple syrup and made plans to return with family and friends. Looking forward to tasting what’s in those barrels that are aging!
