Whiskey made from locally grown corn, rye and barley.
This whiskey is caramels and maple with light smokey notes, very little bite, great finish.
Aged over 14 months ten gallon barrels, finished with charbon oak cubes and heavily toasted oak chips adding sweetness and a smokey note on the finish, in short, making for a superior flavor profile.
